A Fresh Baked Cookie Crate is a monthly Do-It-Yourself Cookie subscription box. Inside you'll find pre-measured ingredients, fool-proof instructions, and fun cookie-related surprises!
Once you subscribe, you'll receive your cookie crate at the beginning of each month. You can find out what the cookie-of-the-month is by checking our website, your emails, or any of our social media sites at the beginning of the prior month. (For example, January's box will be revealed on December 1st.)
The creator of Fresh Baked wants you to rediscover the love of baking and the joy that cookies can bring. The creator priced each box at an affordable-for-everyone price so that the world can spend time baking and spreading happiness. Two dozen cookies at a renowned bakery will cost you around $3-5 a cookie! Our cookies are a fraction of that price. The Ultimate box comes with fun surprises that you get to unbox every month!
We strive to use the best products that we can find. Organic, all-natural, local, artisan, and gourmet ingredients are our main priority.
At this time, Fresh Baked Cookies do not come with these dietary options. With many family members of the FBCC team needing dairy-free, and GF products, we totally understand. We hope to expand into this area one day as we grow. our ingredients are pre-mixed and we use the same tools to pack all ingredients so we cannot guarantee that everything included is nut-free. We sometimes use nut flours in our dry mix as well.
Some of the cookies will push your comfort zones, but we assure you that we've tested each recipe to perfection. We urge you to try every month's cookie to expand your palate and flavor profile. This is the only way to discover new flavors that you might fall in love with. However, we understand some flavors are not just your thing. In that case, you can log into your account anytime and skip your next shipment. We can also help you skip the next renewal. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org anytime before the end of the month as we start packing on the 1st. Month to month subscribers can also skip the cookie in the account dashboard before the 9th of each month before the renewal goes in for the cookie. Example: July's cookie is released on the 1st of June. To skip you you can email us between the 1st and the last day of the June. (If you are a month to month subscriber can also skip by June 10th in your account.) Super easy! If you change your mind later, you can always unskip your month as well! All of our cookies are customizable as well. We pack nuts and toppings separate from the mix itself. (Excluding mixes with almond/nut flour.) You can choose to leave out any toppings during your baking process.

We included as many ingredients as we can using quality shelf-stable ingredients and seal all of our ingredients. However, we are a smally family owned company and cannot ship perishables without charging crazy prices. We want everything to be made as fresh as possible. To keep prices low, anything perishable will not be included. These will be staple items such as milk, butter, eggs etc. Sometimes it may include other items needed to make our delicious recipes. We include a list of the ingredients you will need to provide directly on your instructions inside the box.
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 a box. Our a la carte shop will have different shipping prices depending on the product.
Help! My chocolate is melted! During the summer months, we will pack anything that can melt in insulated bags with an ice pack. We urge you to track your package and get it inside as soon as possible. However, delays in shipping, unusual weather, or an early/late delivery person can result in melted chocolate. The good news is that the majority of our recipes call for chopped chocolate. All you have to do is let the product cool and rechop!
Oh no! Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible with pictures of the damaged items and package. Our customer care team will take great care of you! Your shipment also has $50 of insurance through USPS and you are welcomed to file a claim on your end if you do not want to go through us.
Due to the nature of our food products, no refunds are accepted after your order is submitted. With supply chain issues, we order the products for your cookie crates immediately after you purchase your order to make sure we have enough surprises and stock of products to fulfill your boxes. We are also charged commission and processing fees. Being a small business, we are unable to use overstocked items due to refunds, therefore refunds are not accepted.
We're sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel your membership. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you cancel so that we can better assist any problems that you might have. Our customer care team will help you as much as they can. If you still want to cancel, you can do so anytime in your account menu. Please note that cancelling through your account will only cancel future renewals, Any remaining cookie crates in your subscription will still be fulfilled. The cancellation survey is for our monthly feedback audits and is not constantly monitored. Please reach out to us by email for any requests. A pre-paid subscription is a commitment and we do not offer refunds after 1 week of purchase or renewal. Refund requests within 2 days of purchase/renewal is refunded minus a 15% processing fee. Refunds within 2 days to 1 week will be refunded 50% of your purchase price. There are no refunds 1 week after renewals.
If you missed out on last month's box, don't worry! We'll have previous months boxes up in our shop. You can order these anytime and will be shipped within a few business days. Some of the boxes may have a limited quantity. If any of our previous months' boxes are sold out, you can always order our cookie mix without the fun surprises. Find out how in the next question.
Hooray! We are extremely happy our cookies brought you joy. We will sell our cookie mix by itself the month after it has been released. You can find our cookie mixes in the shop area. These will be shipped out within a couple business days of your order.
We offer our cookie mixes in bulk for all your bakery needs. Please email us and one of our wholesale team members will be happy to help you. For any other wholesale inquiries, please contact our team and we will do our best to help you out!
A lot of our items are made in house. We strive to only offer the best, and if a best cannot be found, we make it! Please check our retail shop at www.freshbakedcompany.com to find the products from previous boxes. If you are unable to find an answer, please contact us and we'll figure it out!
Oh no, please email us so we can figure out where it is. Make sure your address is correctly entered and be sure to track your packages each month. We are not responsible for shipments that get returned to us. We provide free shipping for the first shipment, Please note that a shipping fee applies if your box gets returned to us and you'd like for us to resend it back to you. We ship using USPS Priority Mail. Please be patient as during holidays and especially during the pandemic, they may be some delay. We have no control over how many days it stays in transit. Please contact your local USPS office with your tracking number if you need help with your shipment.
Because you signed up as a subscription, the renewal will go in on the 10th of each month automatically. You can cancel anytime before the 10th and not get charged. If you cancel after the renewal date, you will receive one final box. For those who forget and do not want the final box, you have 2 days from the renewal date to contact us through email at email@example.com for a refund. You will be refunded your payment amount minus 15% for our processing and credit card fees. Due to the nature of our customized products, after the second day, we will only refund 50% of your payment. There will be no refunds after 1 week from your renewal date.
Right now, we do not have an affiliate program. We do have a referral program for our current customers (excludes CrateJoy) and you can find the information in your account dashboard.
