The base of this cookie combines delicious Mexican cocoa infused with a blend of aromatic spices and Gourmet Mexican Vanilla to make an insanely rich and flavorful cookie. We top off the Mexican Hot Chocolate cookie with more gourmet chocolate and artisanal marshmallows for an extra creamy "sip".
